Refund policy

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of preference

However, we will replace or refund orders that arrive:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect item received

To submit a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
1. Order number
2. Photos of the product + issue
3. Photo of the packing label (if available)

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Return Shipping
In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

Final Sale Items
Limited releases, seasonal drops, and discounted items are final sale.
